Methods

load(filepath[, apply_filter, whitelist, ...])	Loading the .h5 file with one or more assays.
load_example_dataset(path[, single])	Load a sample dataset
save(sample, path[, raw, mode])	Save the analyzed sample as .h5.
to_zip(sample, path)	Export the sample to a zip file.
