Sample.reset

Sample.reset(assay=None)

Resets to the original state.

If the given assay is None, then all the assays are restored to the state where all the `barcode`s and `id`s from the original state are available.

‘dna’, ‘protein’, ‘cnv’, or ‘rna’

Notes

Some added layers might persist, depending on when the assay object was sliced.
