Sample.raw_heatmaps()

Protein and DNA read distribution.

Three heatmaps with barcodes mapped by total DNA reads (x-axis) and total protein reads (y-axis).

The first shows the number of barcodes in each DNA/protein read bin. The second shows the number of protein reads in each DNA/protein read bin. The third shows the number of DNA reads in each DNA/protein read bin.

This is useful for understanding the distribution barcodes/protein reads/DNA reads within certain clusters.
