Protein.get_scaling_factor

Protein.get_scaling_factor(random_state=None)

Identifies the appropriate scaling factor for oversequenced runs.

Parameters

random_state: int

Used to set the random_state of Protein.get_signal_profile

Returns

float

The factor to scale down the reads by.

list

The antibodies in which the peak amplification was observed at the identified scaling factor.
